Spent Sunday finding out if I really had it in me to do a duathlon (SwimCycle....and an insanely short run to the finish line.)

Turned out quite well...it truly was a blast:)

Overall finished in: 4th place
Finished with a time of: 1:10:34

Got to meet some amazing people, there was a lot of encouragement from people I knew and complete strangers. I enjoyed the culture of it all and look forward to more of it:)

Quite a feat you have accomplished. I enjoyed reading through your past and looking at the pics. Isn't it wonderful that we are so active, count our blessings every day.
