Canal skating
Finally got a pair of skates and got on the canal. Quite a difference between the skates I am used to, loved it nonetheless.
Safety girl I am....padding, helmet and wrist guards on! I think the person I was with thought I was crazy....but I felt comfy as ever! Or, she could've thought I was crazy 'cause I couldn't do my own skates up- my hands were really, really cold!
Anyway, hoping I'll get lots of ice time in the next week!
